Claims If Customer makes any claims against Love me jewels or any of its distributors, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Customer Credit card Charges If necessary, Customer authorizes love me jewels to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product.   Return/exchange Policy Anyone returning purchases without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted, if you do not wish to receive a repair or replacement for the damaged item. You may return the item for a refund minus a 20% Restocking fee plus return freight, if there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply have a good reason for the choice you made.   Warranty Information Most of the products we sell include a warranty directly from the company that manufactures the product. Love me jewels disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Payment We accept Cash, Visa, Certified personal check, money order. Your credit card will get charged once the order is confirmed. Sales and Discounts All sales are final on a cash and carry. Color Shades We do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item because screen settings may vary from computer to computer. For the best depiction of item color, set screen so that other items in the picture seem to be in their natural color. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk, we suggest that you visit our store for exact color match.
